Excellent location near shops, restaurants, and markets. Beautiful rooms comparable to Western hotels. Helpful staff, despite limited English. Nice gym facilities, though a bit dim.

Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Guo ji kaorou, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose changchun abritz

Best weekend getaway! The hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were cozy and well-designed and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly, and despite not speaking great English, they always tried their best to help us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the great location, as we were close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and we especially enjoyed the selection of eastern and western cuisines.

Although we had a great stay, there were some minor things we disliked. The gym facility was a bit dimly lit, which made it a bit difficult to work out. We also found the Wi-Fi to be a bit slow, which made it harder to stay connected to the outside world. However, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives and we would definitely come back for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is an excellent choice for luxurious amenities. the room advantages were impressive, with fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed. the Spa Centre and Sauna were perfectly relaxing, complete with exclusive facilities. the restaurant features a great selection of delicious international food.

The hotel was let down by one minor issue; the staff struggled with spoken English, creating a language barrier that sometimes caused communication issues.

It was challenging to find a hotel close to the airport for a short business trip.
